The Mammoth Lakes Police Department together with the Mono County Health Department will be hosting a Fentanyl Awareness and Overdose Prevention presentation for the Mammoth Lakes community. This presentation will be addressing the fentanyl crisis in this nation. Fentanyl is the single deadliest drug threat our nation has EVER encountered. There has been a massive increase in fentanyl related deaths, many involving kids under the age of 15.
Please join us on November 7, 2022, at 6pm at the Middle School Gym for the English presentation. Spanish Presentation at 7pm. Food and some gift cards will be provided.
Our guest speakers, Tricia Van Haeren (Mammoth local), Amy Neville, and Jaime Puerta, will be sharing their experience with fentanyl. They will also be presenting a presentation on the dangers of fentanyl.

La Policia de Mammoth Lakes junto con el Departamento de Salud del Condado de Mono estara presentado una presentación para la comunidad de Mammoth Lakes acerca del Conocimiento de Fentanilo y de la Prevención de Sobredosis. En esta presentación, se hablara del crisis que el fentanilo a traido a esta nación. El fentanilo es la droga mas mortal que hemos visto en nuestra nación. Ha habido un aumento masivo en muertes relacionadas con el fentanilo, en muchas de esas muertas estan envueltos niños/niñas menores de 15 años de edad.
Por favor acompañenos el 7 de Noviembre del 2022, a las 6pm en el gimnasio de la Middle School para la presentación en Ingles y a las 7pm para la presentación en Español. Comida y unas tarjetas de regalo seran proporcionadas.
Nuestros invitado de honor, Tricia Van Haelen (local de Mammoth), Amy Neville, y Jaime Puerta, estaran compartiendo su experiencia con el fentanilo. También estaran hablando de los peligros del fentanilo.
